* William Falger is resigning from the boards of Clearfield, Pa.-based CNB Financial Corp. and unit CNB Bank, effective Dec. 15, as required by the age restriction contained in the company's by-laws.
Falger joined the boards of the company and the unit in 1996. He remained as a director following his retirement from the entities as president and CEO in December 2009.
* Indiana, Pa.-based First Commonwealth Bank, a unit of First Commonwealth Financial Corp., appointed George Moy to the newly created role of Northern Ohio president for corporate banking, according to Crain's Cleveland Business.
Moy's experience includes working at Midland, Mich.-based Chemical Bank, a unit of Chemical Financial Corp.
* Oak Ridge, N.J.-based Lakeland Bank named Leonard Carlucci senior vice president and team leader of Waldwick, N.J., and Patrick Trask senior vice president and team leader of the New York commercial and middle-market lending team based in Highland Mills, N.Y.
Carlucci is returning to the Lakeland Bancorp Inc. unit after a brief break in service. Trask previously served as senior vice president at Waterbury, Conn.-based Webster Bank NA, a unit of Webster Financial Corp.
