Report: Goldman Sachs International names 1st female board members

London-based GoldmanSachs International named its first female directors, Sky News reported, citing a company memo.

The Goldman SachsGroup Inc. unit appointed Susan Kilsby as a nonexecutive director. Sheis a former investment banker who is chairman of biotech company Shire plc.

Goldman Sachs International named Isabelle Ealet an executivedirector, Sky reports. She is the globalco-head of Goldman Sachs Group's securities division.

Goldman Sachs International also appointed to its board. He is a directorof Goldman Sachs Group.

According to the company memo, Goldman Sachs Group TreasurerRobin Vince is retiringfrom the Goldman Sachs International board.

Goldman declined Sky's request for comment on the content ofthe memo.
