Commonwealth Bank of Australia issues US$1.5B of notes

Commonwealth Bank of Australia issued US$1.5 billion of senior medium-term notes.

The bank said the notes bear a coupon of 3.90% per year.

The notes were issued July 12 under the bank's US$50 billion medium-term note program and will mature July 12, 2047.
