Peoples Financial Services reduces number of director seats

Scranton, Pa.-based Peoples Financial Services Corp. will be reducing the number of its director seats from 14 to 13 after the retirement of one of its board members, P. Frank Kozik.

Kozik is retiring because of the company's mandatory retirement bylaw. He was 76 as per the company's April 1, 2016, proxy filing.
