Credit Suisse appoints sell-side M&A co-head; OakNorth names CEO for tech unit

* Credit Suisse Group AG named Stephanie Sze as global co-head of its sell-side M&A group, Reuters reported.

Sze will be based in New York and report to Robin Rankin and Greg Weinberger, who serve as global co-heads of M&A. She is a former managing director at Barclays PLC.

Acorn OakNorth Holdings Ltd.

* ACORN OakNorth Holdings Ltd. appointed Sunil Chandra as CEO of its technology unit OAKNORTH ANALYTICAL INTELLIGENCE (UK) LTD., the Financial Times reported.

The technology unit operates a platform that powers credit decisions at the group's banking arm, OakNorth Bank PLC, and is also licensed out to other lenders.

Chandra is a former Google LLC executive.
