Kroll affirms CoBiz Financial ratings

Kroll Bond Rating Agency has affirmed Denver-based CoBiz Financial Inc.'s senior unsecured debt rating of BBB+, subordinated debt rating of BBB and short-term debt rating of K2.

The rating agency also affirmed CoBiz Financial's unit, CoBiz Bank's deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings of A-, subordinated debt rating of BBB+ and short-term deposit and debt ratings of K2.

The outlook on all long-term ratings is stable.

The ratings, according to Kroll, are supported by CoBiz Financial's steady core earnings results and revenue diversification, strong and stable management team, solid liquidity position and overall loan portfolio granularity.
