Diversified real estate investment trust Fibra UNO sold a property in Guadalajara, Mexico, for 664.6 million Mexican pesos.

The fully occupied property encompasses 163,000 square meters of gross leasable area and is leased to an unnamed local academic institution.

Fibra will use the proceeds to repurchase its Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios.

As of March 15, US$1 was equivalent to 18.71 Mexican pesos.
