Intermediate Capital exploring divestment options from debt collector Marston

Intermediate Capital Group PLC has tapped Goldman Sachs as an adviser to explore divestment options out of debt collector Marston Group Ltd., Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

A deal out of Marston could amount to £600 million, the sources said, noting, however, that ICG could still opt not to proceed with a sale in the short term.
