Castle Peak Holdings Q3 profit climbs 11.4% YOY

Castle Peak Holdings Public Company Ltd said its normalized net income for the third quarter was 58 satang per share, a gain of 11.4% from 52 satang per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 23.1 million baht, a gain of 11.4% from 20.8 million baht in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin rose to 4.6% from 4.0% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue totaled 507.8 million baht, compared with 512.8 million baht in the prior-year period, and total operating expenses declined year over year to 466.1 million baht from 481.9 million baht.

Reported net income rose 5.8% from the prior-year period to 37.2 million baht, or 93 satang per share, from 35.2 million baht, or 88 satang per share.

As of Nov. 12, US$1 was equivalent to 35.85 baht.
