Singer Finance (Lanka) lowers fiscal-year dividend YOY

Singer Finance (Lanka) Plc lowered its dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31.

The company declared an interim dividend of 97 Sri Lankan cents, compared to a final dividend of 1.06 rupees in the prior-year period, it said in a May 16 annual report.

It did not declare a final dividend for the period just past.

As of May 16, US$1 was equivalent to 158.15 Sri Lankan rupees.
