Mercer LLC appointed Steve Hersh Workday financials practice leader for the U.S. and Canada at Mercer Digital.
Previously, Hersh was a principal managing partner at Workday Inc.
Mercer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc.
Alliant Insurance Services Inc. named Jamie Costigan senior vice president.
Based in Miami, Costigan will be responsible for risk management solutions for healthcare clients in the U.S. She served as senior vice president for an insurance brokerage firm.
Active underwriter Steve Eccles will be leaving Lloyd's of London Syndicate 1200, The Insurance Insider reported.
Eccles would reportedly work out a period of notice regarding his departure, according to the report, citing market sources. He joined Argo Group International Holdings Ltd. in 2017 as chief underwriting officer.
Jose Hernandez, chair of Argo's international operations, will also reportedly depart at the end of 2019.
Argo declined to comment on the report.
Chubb Ltd. appointed Angus Roberts a senior underwriter in its aviation division, The Insurance Insider reported.
Roberts previously worked as head of aviation at W. R. Berkley Corp.'s WRB Underwriting.
