Chicago Pacific Founders portfolio company SightMD formed a strategic partnership with Peconic Ophthalmology.

Multi-specialty ophthalmology platform SightMD gained one physician and two locations with the partnership.

The new locations are in the towns of Riverhead and Southampton in New York's Suffolk County.

Private equity firm Chicago Pacific partnered with SightMD in September 2018, and the latter has added four practices since.
