Bank SNB completes merger into Simmons Bank

Bank SNB has completed its merger into Pine Bluff, Ark.-based Simmons Bank.

Simmons First National Corp. acquired Bank SNB in October 2017 as part of its deal with Southwest Bancorp Inc. Bank SNB continued to operate as a separate subsidiary until its consolidation into Simmons First National.

As of March 31, Bank SNB had assets of $2.89 billion, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.

According to the news release, Simmons First National had approximately $15.6 billion in assets as of March 31. With the merger complete, Simmons Bank now has nearly 2,700 associates at around 200 locations.
