Pathfinder Bancorp upwardly revises 2017 net income

Pathfinder Bancorp Inc. revised its net income and related financial information for the three and 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2017, in connection with the reduction of its provision for income tax expense by $485,000.

The Oswego, N.Y.-based company said revised net income increased by $485,000 for each of the periods.

Revised net income for full year 2017 was $3.5 million, or 83 cents per share, compared to $3.0 million, or 72 cents per share, announced Feb. 2.

For the fourth quarter of 2017, revised net income was $864,000, or 20 cents per share, compared to the previously reported $379,000, or 9 cents per share.
