MutualFirst Financial nominates Indiana University Health exec to board

At MutualFirst Financial Inc.'s May 2 annual shareholder meeting, investors will vote on two non-incumbent director nominees: Michelle Altobella and James Bernard.

Altobella is chief privacy officer for Indiana University Health Inc.; Bernard is Ancora Advisors LLC's director of fixed income portfolio management, according to the company's proxy statement.
