South Korean mobile game developer Netmarble Games Corp. has named Park Sean CEO, Yonhap News Agency reported Feb. 26.
Park will serve as co-head of the company with incumbent chief Kwon Young-sig. Kwon will run Netmarble's game business while Park, the former chief strategy officer of mobile messenger service Kakao Talk, will direct the company's strategy and investment.
The mobile game developer earlier announced record-high sales for 2017 on the back of the global popularity of its online multiplayer role-playing game "Lineage 2 Revolution."
