The Bancorp names 5 execs to new roles

Wilmington, Del.-based The Bancorp Inc. named five of its executives to new management roles.

Erika Caesar, who was previously managing director and assistant general counsel, was named chief diversity officer, while chief risk officer Gregor Garry will serve as deputy COO. Maria Wrainright, who joined The Bancorp in 2013, was named as managing director and chief marketing officer.

Former chief administrative officer John Leto was appointed executive vice president and head of institutional banking, while Jeff Nager was promoted to executive vice president and head of commercial lending from senior vice president and director of government guaranteed lending.
