London-based real estate developer U and I Group PLC and property investment advisory company AshbyCapital launched the first phase of a £200 million regeneration project in Slough, U.K.
The phase, dubbed The Future Works, is a grade A office building spanning 100,000 square feet of space. The entire project, which will cover 350,000 square feet of new office space, will be developed across three phases, according to a release.
Serviced office and co-working space provider Central Working has leased the ground and first floors at The Future Works.
The building has received a Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method environment and sustainability rating of Excellent.
