Tabula Rasa HealthCare acquires Australian dosing tool software developer

Tabula Rasa HealthCare Inc. has acquired Australian privately held software developer DoseMe Pty Ltd., the developer of a dosing tool used by doctors and pharmacists.

DoseMe develops DoseMeRx, a precision dosing tool that aids physicians and pharmacists in determining the right dose for patients' high risk medicines.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed in a Jan. 7 press release.

Charles Cornish, CEO of DoseMe, will continue in his current role. However, he will relocate to Tabula Rasa's headquarters in Moorestown, N.J., following the acquisition.

Tabula Rasa is a healthcare technology company that offers services for medication risk management and pharmacy cost management.
