Assura signs £100M revolving facility in quarter ended June 30

In the first quarter to June 30, healthcare-focused real estate investment trust Assura PLC signed a deal with Barclays Bank PLC and HSBC PLC for a further £100 million unsecured revolving facility on same terms as an existing one.

The agreement takes the total amount of the company's revolving facilities to £400 million, according to a release.

Assura's gross debt amounted to £510 million as at June-end, with undrawn facilities of £250 million.
