California Gold moves listing from TSX-V to Canadian Securities Exchange

California Gold Mining Inc. said March 20 that it expects to list its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange and begin trading under the ticker CGM on March 21.

Concurrently, the company applied for voluntary delisting of its shares from the TSX Venture Exchange, expected March 22.

President and CEO Vishal Gupta said the company believes that a listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange will allow for improved operating efficiency, lower costs and enhanced financing flexibility while providing shareholders with continued liquidity on a recognized stock exchange.
