Akers Biosciences receives more time to regain Nasdaq compliance

Thorofare, N.J.-based healthcare testing company Akers Biosciences Inc. said it received additional time to comply with Nasdaq's listing requirements.

The company has been in noncompliance with Nasdaq's $1 per share minimum requirement since late 2017.

The Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department granted an additional 180 days to the company to regain compliance.
