ABE Resources Inc. said Feb. 14 that it plans to change its name to Vision Lithium Inc. and trade under the ticker VLI on the TSX Venture Exchange.

It will ask shareholders to approve the name change during the company's annual general and special meeting March 22, and it should take effect during the last week of March.
