Singapore's Golden Wall Centre on en-bloc sale again for S$260M

The Golden Wall Centre at 89 Short St. in Singapore's Rochor area has been placed on the en-bloc sale market for the second time with a S$260 million price, The (Singapore) Business Times reported.

The property was first put up for collective sale in 2016 with a reserve price of between S$250 million and S$270 million.

Occupying a 24,239-square-foot site, the building spans roughly 118,488 square feet of gross floor area for a 4.88 plot ratio. The land is zoned for commercial use and can be redeveloped up to the same level of the building, subject to approval of authorities, the report added, citing marketing agent Edmund Tie & Co.

Tender for the Golden Wall Centre is slated to close Nov. 23, according to the Oct. 11 report.

As of Oct. 10, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.38.
