Charles Schwab to shut down Singapore office

Charles Schwab Singapore Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of U.S. brokerage Charles Schwab Corp., will shut down its office, the company said on its website.

The Singapore unit will no longer offer services and open new accounts for prospective clients in the city-state.

Charles Schwab Singapore commenced operations in November 2017.
