Ichigo Office REIT files ¥50B shelf

Ichigo Office REIT Investment Corp. will issue ¥50 billion of long-term investment corporation bonds from June 6 to June 5, 2019.

The proceeds will be used to acquire real estate assets, repay loans, redeem bonds, repay tenant security deposits, pay for repairs and for working capital.

The shelf registration statement was filed May 29.
