BP Midstream Partners raises Q4'19 distribution

BP Midstream Partners LP declared a cash distribution of 34.75 cents per unit for the fourth quarter of 2019, up 3.6% from the distribution of 33.55 cents per unit in the third quarter of 2019.

The distribution is payable Feb. 13 to unit holders of record as of Jan. 30.

BP Midstream is a master limited partnership formed by oil major BP PLC's BP Pipelines (North America) Inc. to own and operate crude oil, natural gas and refined products pipelines and other midstream assets.
