Australia's MMJ PhytoTech Ltd. named Jason Conroy as CEO, effective Feb. 26.

Conroy was most recently group CFO at DUET Group, a privately held Sydney-based owner and operator of energy utility assets. He replaces Andreas Gedeon, who is stepping down as managing director and CEO to focus on Canada's Harvest One Cannabis Inc., of which MMJ PhytoTech owns 60%.

MMJ PhytoTech develops medical cannabis and cannabis-based therapies.
