1st Franklin Financial extends loan, security agreement

1st Franklin Financial Corp. amended a loan and security agreement to extend its maturity date to Dec. 31, 2019, from Sept. 11, 2019, according to a Form 8-K filed Dec. 28.

The amendment applies to the Sept. 11, 2009, agreement between 1st Franklin, Wells Fargo Bank NA, as the lenders' agent, and the other financial institutions from time to time.

All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
