Kungsleden expands bond issuance program to 8B Swedish kronor

Kungsleden AB extended the frame on its medium-term note program for the issuance of bonds to 8 billion Swedish kronor from 5 billion kronor.

Kungsleden CEO Biljana Pehrsson said in a release that the company extended the frame so that it could keep taking advantage of the good demand from credit investors, "not least when it comes to green bonds, and to continue diversifying our borrowing."

The new base prospectus, dated May 31, will replace the company's earlier base prospectus dated Sept. 25, 2017. Kungsleden noted that the Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the new base prospectus.

As of May 31, US$1 was equivalent to 8.84 kronor.
