First National Bank in Paxton and Cissna Park State Bank — both Illinois-based units of Agricultural Banking Corp. — completed their merger to form Frederick Community Bank, according to the two former banks' websites.

Based on Frederick Community Bank's Facebook page, the merger took place after 3 p.m. ET on Aug. 2.
