AIK Fotboll AB said its first-quarter normalized net income was a loss of 14 Swedish öre per share, compared with a loss of 16 öre per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was a loss of 3.1 million kronor, compared with a loss of 3.5 million kronor in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin climbed to negative 10.6% from negative 12.8% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue climbed 7.8% year over year to 29.1 million kronor from 27.0 million kronor, and total operating expenses climbed 5.5% from the prior-year period to 34.0 million kronor from 32.3 million kronor.
Reported net income totaled a loss of 5.0 million kronor, or a loss of 23 öre per share, compared to a loss of 5.5 million kronor, or a loss of 25 öre per share, in the prior-year period.
As of May 9, US$1 was equivalent to 8.16 Swedish kronor.
