UT Bank Ghana eyes rights issue

UT Bank GhanaLtd. said April 12 that it is seeking shareholder approval for acapital raise of 200 million Ghanaian cedi, via a rights issue and privateplacement.

It will also seek to list the issued shares on the GhanaStock Exchange.

As of April 11, US$1was equivalent to 3.83 Ghanaian cedi.
