The scheduled maturity date of State Street Corp.'s floating-rate junior subordinated debentures due 2037 will be extended from June 15, 2037, to June 15, 2047.

Also, the final repayment date of the debentures will be extended from June 1, 2067, to June 1, 2077.

These will take effect June 15.
