Fujikyu Corp. said its normalized net income for the fiscal third quarter ended March 31 came to ¥74.77 per share, a decrease of 17.3% from ¥90.37 per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was ¥314.4 million, a decrease of 17.3% from ¥380.0 million in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin declined to 5.1% from 5.9% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue declined on an annual basis to ¥6.22 billion from ¥6.40 billion, and total operating expenses fell from the prior-year period to ¥5.72 billion from ¥5.79 billion.
Reported net income declined year over year to ¥316.0 million, or ¥75.15 per share, from ¥331.0 million, or ¥78.72 per share.
