Fitch acts on Caisse Centrale du Crédit Immobilier de France

Fitch Ratings on Dec. 18 affirmed Caisse Centrale du Crédit Immobilier de France SA's support rating and support rating floor at 1 and A, respectively, and withdrew the ratings.

The agency said the ratings were withdrawn as they are not typically assigned to individual entities within a banking group.

At the same time, the agency affirmed the long- and short-term issuer default ratings of the company and French parent Crédit Immobilier de France Développement SA at A/F1, with stable outlooks on the long-term ratings. The parent's support rating of 1 and support rating floor of A were also affirmed.
