VII Peaks Co-Optivist Income BDC II compliance chief resigns

Emily Silva resigned from her positions at VII Peaks Co-Optivist Income BDC II Inc., where she was chief compliance officer, and at Cipperman Compliance Services LLC to pursue other professional opportunities.

Her resignation will take effect on July 5.

On June 28, the board of VII Peaks Co-Optivist Income BDC II appointed Douglas Tyre to succeed Silva as chief compliance officer. Tyre is also with Cipperman Compliance Services, where he serves as chief compliance officer, according to Cipperman Compliance Services' website.
