Icade repurchases bonds worth €200M

Icade repurchased bonds worth €200 million out of the €371 million tendered into an offer the company launched to purchase three existing bonds in cash.

The French real estate developer added that 92% of the repurchase, which amounts to €183.9 million, was linked to the two shorter maturity bonds.

Post-tender offer, the outstanding principal amounts of the 2.25% notes due Jan. 30, 2019, 2.25% notes due April 16, 2021, and 1.875% notes due Sept. 14, 2022, were €211.3 million, €304.6 million and €483.9 million, respectively.
