Fitch withdraws ratings of UniCredit's Austrian unit

Fitch Ratings on Dec. 15 affirmed several ratings of UniCredit SpA unit UniCredit Bank Austria AG and simultaneously withdrew them for commercial reasons.

The ratings are the Austrian subsidiary's BBB+/F2 long- and short-term issuer default ratings, BBB+ senior unsecured debt ratings, "bbb+" viability rating, 2 support rating and BBB+ derivative counterparty rating.

The outlook on the long-term issuer default rating was negative at the time of withdrawal.
