Deutsche Bank
* An equities trader at Deutsche Bank AG Andrew Morgan is set to leave the company, Financial News reported, citing a person with knowledge of the move.
Morgan joined Deutsche from Goldman Sachs Group Inc. as head of electronic trading for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He was transferred to the German lender's bad bank — known as the capital release unit — in July.
Dorval Finance
* France-based Dorval Finance appointed Jean-François Baralon CEO, effective Oct. 3.
Baralon was the executive managing director and distribution head for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Geneva and Monaco at Natixis Investment Managers International.
Dorval and Natixis are units of Groupe BPCE.
Cenkos Securities
* U.K.-based Cenkos Securities PLC's head of equity capital markets team, Paul Hodges, and its head of natural resources team, Joe Nally, will step down from the board, effective immediately.
Both Hodges and Nally will remain members of the executive committee and will continue to lead their respective teams.
TBC Bank Group
* Georgia-based TBC Bank Group PLC has reappointed Eric Rajendra as independent nonexecutive director, effective immediately.
Rajendra will also be a supervisory board member of JSC TBC Bank, once his appointment is approved by the central bank of Georgia.
He left the board positions in March for health reasons and has since recovered.
He was initially appointed to the group's board in May 2016.
Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski
* Poland-based PKO Bank Polski SA appointed Krzysztof Michalski a member of the supervisory board.
Michalski currently serves as a member of the team of experts at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
H&T Group
* Specialty finance company H&T Group PLC appointed Martin Pugh as executive director, effective Oct. 1.
Pugh has previous served as a managing director at several companies including Grosvenor Casinos.
His appointment is pending requisite regulatory approvals.
