Ranger Energy Services CFO retires

Ranger Energy Services Inc. CFO Robert Shaw Jr. has resigned, effective immediately. The company noted said in a June 4 press release that there were no disagreements involving the firm's financial statements, internal controls or financial reporting procedures that led to Shaw's departure.

Brandon Blossman, the company's current vice president of mergers and acquisitions, will assume the role of CFO.
