Finance Ireland appoints Bank of Ireland exec as CFO

Irish nonbank lender Finance Ireland PLC appointed Bank of Ireland Group PLC executive Karena O'Sullivan as its CFO ahead of a potential market flotation that could take place as soon as 2020, The Irish Times reported.

O'Sullivan, who was appointed as a director of business transformation at Bank of Ireland in 2018, succeeds Laurence Flavin, who becomes Finance Ireland's group treasurer, according to the Sept. 10 report.
