Invesque buys 2 Texas facilities for $52M

Healthcare-focused real estate company Invesque Inc. paid $51.9 million to purchase two Texas post-acute transitional care facilities totaling 175 beds.

The newly developed properties, in San Antonio and Webster, are leased to Rapid Recovery Center of Texas. The seller was property developer and operator MainStreet Property Group LLC.

Invesque said it will use cash on hand, debt assumption and the retirement of a mezzanine loan on the Webster project to finance the transaction.
