JPMorgan offering to redeem notes due 2020

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is offering to redeem five classes of notes due 2020, with the tender offer set to expire at 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 26.

The company is offering to redeem $3.75 billion of 2.250% notes due Jan. 23, 2020; $1.15 billion of floating-rate notes due Jan. 23, 2020; $1.50 billion of 4.950% notes due March 25,2020; $2.25 billion of 2.750% notes due June 23, 2020; and $2.50 billion of 4.40% notes due July 22, 2020.

The purchase price for each $1,000 principal of the notes tendered in the offering is as follows: $1,000.55 for the 2.250% notes; $1,004 for the floating-rate notes; $1,016.80 for the 4.950% notes; $1,005.65 for the 2.750% notes; and $1,022.20 for the 4.40% notes.
