Forge Capital JV sells Tampa, Fla., luxury apartment complex for $103.5M

A joint venture between Forge Capital Partners LLC and Intown/Framework Group LLC sold the 500 Harbour Island luxury apartment community in Tampa, Fla., to Northwestern Mutual for about $103.5 million.

The 21-story building contains 235 units averaging 1,087 square feet.

Northwestern has hired ZRS Management to oversee the apartment complex, which was marketed by JLL on behalf of the seller.

The deal was secured by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP before it was transferred to JLL. Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc. provided co-brokerage services.
