Integral Diagnostics to acquire 2 radiology clinics

Australia's Integral Diagnostics Ltd. agreed to acquire Geelong Medical Imaging for A$4.7 million on a cash and debt-free basis.

Geelong Medical Imaging comprises two radiology clinics, which are expected to contribute A$1 million in EBITDA during fiscal 2019.

The purchase price includes A$1.05 million in Integral Diagnostics shares and A$500,000 in cash to be paid at completion.

Meanwhile, the healthcare services company expects to acquire three New Zealand businesses in July, expanding its operations to 53 radiology clinics.
