Elysian director looks to acquire 10.01% stake

Joel LaFrance applied with the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis to retroactively acquire 2,362 shares, or a 10.01% stake, of Elysian Inc., where he is a director, according to a filing recently acquired by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Should the Minneapolis Fed approve the deal, Michael LaFrance and Judith LaFrance will hold the remaining 21,238 shares of the Elysian, Minn.-based company, or an 89.99% stake, evenly split between them. Michael is the company's chairman, president, CEO and CFO; while Judith is a director.
