Logan Property plans US$250M issue of 6.375% notes due 2020

Logan Property Holdings Co. Ltd. is offering US$250 million of 6.375% senior notes at 100% of their principal amount.

The annual interest rate on the notes will be paid semiannually in arrears March 7 and Sept. 7, beginning in September, until they mature March 7, 2021. The Shenzhen, China-based multifamily developer will list the notes in Singapore.

The approximately US$247.5 million net proceeds from the notes issue will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., CCB International Capital Ltd., China Industrial Securities International Brokerage Ltd., China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Co. Ltd., CMB International Capital Ltd., GF Securities (Hong Kong) Brokerage Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank are the joint book runners and the joint lead managers for the issuance.
