BNP Paribas issues $1.5B international bonds

France-based BNP Paribas SA issued $1.5 billion in international bonds, Cbonds reported March 19.

The perpetual notes carry a coupon of 6.625% and were priced at 100%.

BNP Paribas itself served as a book runner for the issuance.
