Clarence Cazalot Jr., a director of Enbridge Inc., will not stand for re-election to the company's board at its annual shareholder meeting on May 8.
The company attributed Cazalot's decision to the demands on his time from other personal and professional commitments, according to a March 12 SEC filing. Cazalot, who has been on the board since February 2017, will continue to serve as a director until the end of his term on May 8.
The Calgary, Alberta-based Enbridge has an extensive network of crude oil, liquids and natural gas pipelines, regulated natural gas distribution utilities and renewable power generation.
